When in a meeting or giving feedback it is important to offer a sandwich comment.
  1. Tell them what you like about the idea or creating.
  2. Tell them how they can improve it.
  3. Repeat number one.

  2. I helped Chris pick out where a good place to go to for martial arts is and what to do there.
  3. We could put it on our wiki.
